Terms of Use

Monkey: Jungle Run is made by TheYolo.app LLC. By downloading or playing the game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse engineer, or redistribute the game or its artwork, music, and sound.

Zones 1–3 are free to play. A single in-app purchase unlocks every remaining zone and the hidden characters. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

The purchase is handled entirely by the App Store, tied to your store account, and can be restored on any device using the Restore Purchases button in the game. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own policies.

Player profiles and progress are stored on your device. Deleting the app removes them. We cannot recover progress that has been deleted.

Please do not attempt to tamper with the game, bypass the purchase, or use it in a way that harms other players or breaks the law.

The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, TheYolo.app LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the game. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the game. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
